Spiritual Postmen: Check Your Delivery

Hebrews: 4:12 (NIV)
For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.”

Matthew 24: 12-14 (NIV)
And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”

Jude 1:17-22 (NIV)
But, dear friends, remember what the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ foretold. They said to you, “In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires.” These are the people who divide you, who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit. But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. Be merciful to those who doubt; save others by snatching them from the fire; to others show mercy, mixed with fear hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh.”

Spiritual Postmen, the manner in how you disperse divine revelation from the Father is very important. There are many who deliver messages where it comes off as cold, harsh and cutting; this should not be so unless you are sent to someone about to cross over as a reprobate. The word of God is the only thing that should be sharper than a two edged sword. The word cuts, not the deliverer. The Holy Spirit convicts, not the deliverer. As Spiritual Postmen, we must allow God to move as He must. The only goal is to deliver the message and then leave the end result to God.

Nothing New

There is nothing new under the sun. The revelation being released in the earth has already been with the Father so, it’s not new to Him but to those who are receiving His messages. Upon receiving any revelation, first allow for it to marinate in your own spirit, and then ask the Father, “do I pray, release this or keep to myself?” Remember every message of revelation or spiritual nugget is not for use within the social media arena, it may be only revelation for you to partake of. Always seek to discern first before releasing.

Backsliders and New Souls

These are the last days and the love of many for the Father has already waxed cold because of hardship and tribulations. He alone has a set time for those to return to the fold. Remember they can not be prodded or beat up with the word, but must be allowed time for true brokenness and repentance to take place in their lives. Otherwise, if they come forth prematurely, it will be too soon and they will turn away from the fold.

Final Words

My dear children seek me for what I would have for you to say, for I am truly a God that answers whether by fire, wind or rain. Nevertheless, I will answer at the appointed time.  Continue to pray and stand in the gap. Continue to cry out. Continue to seek. Continue to love. Continue to humble yourself. Continue to receive from me, the Holy Sovereign God.

Today, there is a Strategic Open Heaven

Today, there is an OPEN HEAVEN through the Father positioned directly above the earth. There is such a FREEDOM in the Spirit on today that those strategically  aligned with the Father will not have to labor as they have in the past. Tap into the flow and stream of the Father on today. Give Him liberty to flow and move through you. There is a harvest of souls that have been positioned for such a day as this. Do not waste time trying to figure out why today is the day; just flow and move with the Spirit of God. This is Kingdom work and many would be lost and left in bondage if not for the Father's love. So, Relax in His presence, Relate to the moving of His Spirit and allow His divine Release to flow through you as you walk in strict obedience to His promptings.

Today, there is a Strategic Open Heaven

There are many spiritual eardrums being opened

Early morning as I listened  to some worship music  while working on a project, I began to hear in the spirit several popping sounds one right after the other. As I waited for the revelation to come, the word of the Lord came forth short and to the point.

"There are many spiritual eardrums being opened." 3:47AM

Following is a blog post on the Eardrum

The natural human eardrums:
Are like an omnidirectional microphone. The sound pressure moves the membrane (diaphragm) from one side.

The eardrum, or tympanic membrane, is a thin, cone-shaped membrane that separates the external ear from the middle ear in humans and other tetrapods. Its function is to transmit sound from the air to the ossicles inside the middle ear, and then to the oval window in the fluid-filled cochlea. Hence, it ultimately converts and amplifies vibration in air to vibration in fluid. The malleus bone bridges the gap between the eardrum and the other ossicles.

In addition to our natural ears we also have a spiritual ear which operates within our spirit man. (Inward witness of the Holy Spirit) Psalm 42:7 reveals that "Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me." In other words, you can be in the midst of a conversation with someone while listening with your natural ears, but when the Father begins to speak to that deep place within you, His voice will come through crystal clear in your spiritual ear.

When it comes to hearing in the spirit there are many dimensions and also frequencies which we can hear. There are some good and some bad, but we'll save that information for another time. First, when we initially accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, there is a knowing that we have heard the voice of God to accept the call of salvation. Then, as we mature and grow in our walk with the Lord, we begin to experience varying levels of hearing the voice of the Father. In 1 Samuel 3:10 it reads, "The LORD came and stood there, calling as at the other times, "Samuel! Samuel!" Then Samuel said, "Speak, for your servant is listening." This was a new place of hearing for the young Samuel, but once he heard the voice of the Lord and answered, from that point forward none of his words fell to the ground because he sought to clearly hear the Father's voice.

Now think for a moment, when was the last time you sat quiet and still for longer than a few minutes?

And how long did it take for you to quiet down all of the inner chatter so you could clearly hear the Father's voice?

As you set your heart this year to spend more time sitting at the feet of the Father, the more you'll become acclimated to listening and understanding His heartbeat and voice. Our Father is a multidimensional God and His wisdom is as deep as it is wide. Romans 11:33 says it best "Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!" Truly there is no one living upon the earth today who can figure God out completely. But praise God for He has made Himself open and readily available to those who desire to get to know Him in a greater way.

August 22, 2012 2:21 PM

*Note* This word from August 22, 2012 was inadvertently not posted. The message in its entirety is still relevant for today.

Father just dropped this in my spirit. As people of God we have been giving the enemy too much publicity. He does not need to go out to hire a marketing team to promote his agenda because we assist him in every way with the words that we release about what he is doing. Understand, this is not about the strategic planning that is needed to sever the plans of the enemy in the earth, but more so about the day to day general conversations we engage in concerning what the enemy does.

Father has released over and over in the last few months through many of His Apostolic and Prophetic vessels that we are to keep our focus during this time of transition in the earth. It does not matter what it is that comes to shake our faith, we must plant our feet firmly on the word of God, straighten our backs out, hold our heads up and look straight ahead and Focus, Focus, Focus.

For those on the very front lines, it is imperative that you maintain and keep focused because, those who are following behind you will respond and react according to how they see you respond and react to things. Be encouraged and know that the word of God is tried and true when it say that “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ." (2 Corinthian 10:3-5)

Whatever you have been called forth to do for the Father, do it well and in the spirit of excellence. Know that those who have set themselves up to critique what you do within the Kingdom, unfortunately are men and women of God who have not allowed themselves to fully complete the purification process of this past season. So don't hold back in this new season, but continue to set your face like flint to press and go into the high calling of God through Christ Jesus. You are victorious. The Father has you as you press in to pursue all that He has ordained and anointed your hands to do.

Now press and Go!

Blessings and love,

America's Change: A Poetic View

Sweet Holy Spirit
(Spiritual Song)

Sweet Holy Spirit, o how you are welcome, o how you are welcome in this place.

Sweet Holy Spirit come fall upon us, fall upon us in this place.

Sweet Holy Spirit, lead us closer, come lead us closer in this place.

Speak forth what you hear from the throne room,
speak forth what God wants us to know.

Reveal the plans of God our Father,
reveal the way back into His loving arms.

Sweet Holy Spirit, o how you are welcome, o how you are welcome in this place.

Sweet Holy Spirit, come shower us with our Father’s grace.

A Poetic View
When I look at America the country that I have been created and ordained to live and work in, I see many things. I see a country that is so full and rich with possibilities, that it overflows to the outside of our borders and then out into the ocean.  I see a country that was started on the principle that without God at the center of everything, we as a country would not make it, period. I see a country so full and deep with wisdom that no one could mistakenly say that God was not a part of our very foundation.  America, God has poured out His spirit in you for over two hundred years, He cares about where we are now, and where we are going as a people. God has continued to this very day to call out our name, day after day after day; America are we willing to answer His call?

America when I look at you, I see a country that has a heart to reach out to help others when they are hurting and left without hope.  I see a country that not only raises money and offers monetary support to other countries, but also supports many less than fortunate countries with brotherly protection.

Looking deep into the heart of America, I see an assortment of people who have come from many nations seeking a place of refuge, and a place of safety from the raging storms of life.  I see a country where people are drawn like a magnet to its shores, year after year.

So what is it about this country that we call America?  What’s so different about America in comparison to any other country in the whole wide world? Well, you may say that it is because people can come and experience freedom like they have never known before. Many will speak about the endless opportunities that people can have to provide for their families, so they can enjoy the many pleasures of life. But what does God say about America?

America, God has never let you out of His sight although you may have felt forsaken at times. God has divine plans for you. His plans are to prosper you and not to harm you but to give you a future and a hope.  America, if you truly repent and turn back from the ways of the world and direct your whole heart back to the Almighty Sovereign God, then you will see the very best of our country.

America the beautiful, a county so full of God’s love and His grace, know that God loves you and He desires to see you become all that His hands has created and designed you to become. God has invested so much in our country since its birth over two hundred years ago. It is time to reclaim our heritage and return to our roots. America, are you ready for your change?

The Haman's are being exposed

After a time of praise and worship this morning, the word of the Lord came forth. I heard clearly that the Haman's were being exposed during this time.  As the word began to spring forth, I found myself rejoicing for those who will be vindicated by God. It's really something to go through a trial at the hands of another only to find out that this same accuser would end up facing the same demise which had been so secretly set to attempt to destroy. There is one word of caution that goes along with this word and that is when you see your Haman exposed, don't taunt, ridicule or even make them feel bad; continue to walk in your integrity and operate as a child of the King would. Remember in all things that it is not the person that you see who is your real enemy, but it is the spirit operating within them.

May you find peace, encouragement and strength in the scripture passages below to move forward in the things of God.

Blessings,
Arnita L. Fields

Haman Hanged ( Read Esther 7)

1 So the king and Haman went to dine with Queen Esther, 2 and as they were drinking wine on that second day, the king again asked, “Queen Esther, what is your petition? It will be given you. What is your request? Even up to half the kingdom, it will be granted.”3 Then Queen Esther answered, “If I have found favor with you, O king, and if it pleases your majesty, grant me my life—this is my petition. And spare my people—this is my request. 4 For I and my people have been sold for destruction and slaughter and annihilation. If we had merely been sold as male and female slaves, I would have kept quiet, because no such distress would justify disturbing the king.5 King Xerxes asked Queen Esther, “Who is he? Where is the man who has dared to do such a thing?”6 Esther said, “The adversary and enemy is this vile Haman.”

Then Haman was terrified before the king and queen. 7 The king got up in a rage, left his wine and went out into the palace garden. But Haman, realizing that the king had already decided his fate, stayed behind to beg Queen Esther for his life.8 Just as the king returned from the palace garden to the banquet hall, Haman was falling on the couch where Esther was reclining. The king exclaimed, “Will he even molest the queen while she is with me in the house?”As soon as the word left the king’s mouth, they covered Haman’s face. 9 Then Harbona, one of the eunuchs attending the king, said, “A gallows seventy-five feet high stands by Haman’s house. He had it made for Mordecai, who spoke up to help the king.”The king said, “Hang him on it!” 10 So they hanged Haman on the gallows he had prepared for Mordecai. Then the king’s fury subsided.

Rise Above Your Ashes

Rise above your ashes, no matter where they may fall.
Rise above your ashes, don’t panic or your destiny will surely be stalled.
Rise above your ashes, and tap into your well deep down inside.
Rise above your ashes, and kiss your misery good-bye!

© Arnita L. Fields 2009

As the seasons began to change and we enter into the last quarter of 2009, many of us will find ourselves once again in a mode of self reflection as we assess how the events and changes in the first three quarters of this year have affected our lives. If you are still dealing with the effects of a loss you have faced, I would like to take a few moments to offer you a word of encouragement which is taken right out of the word of God.

You may have lost your home; car, a job, furniture, family or friends and some of you may even have lost your faith. But despite what you may have lost, you can and are well able to recover those things that God has preordained for you to have. If you are serious about reclaiming what you have lost, you are going to have to become a willing participant in your own recovery process.

Let’s go now to the word of God in 1 Samuel 30:1-8 and take a look at David and how he was able to rise above his ashes and recover that which belonged to him. In verse 1 we see where the Amalekites had invaded Ziklag and burned it with fire, but as we come to verse 4 we began to see how David responded in his trial. (4) “Then David and the people who were with him lifted up their voices and wept, until they had no more power to weep. (6) Then David was greatly distressed for the people spoke of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and his daughters. But David strengthened himself in the Lord his God.” (NKJV)

Do you see that it was okay when you cried about your loss? But after you have cried and released your tears, you must come to a point where you will have to get up from your ash heap and begin to tap down into your spirit and make a divine connection with your Heavenly Father. The attitude that you take when you are in the midst of a fiery trial is key as to how well you will respond back to God. If you have previously been building yourself up in your most holy faith, you will be able to pull up whatever it is that you need to come out of your situation victorious. David had the right attitude towards God when he approached the throne of grace. He knew that the wisdom he needed to pass his test was not wrapped up in the people around him, but in his own personal relationship with God.

Now let’s go back and see what David did in the following verse, (8) “So David inquired of the Lord, saying shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them? And He answered him, “Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.” (NKJV) When David made his divine connection with God; he was able to receive the wisdom he needed to move forward in his recovery process.

Have you taken what you have been struggling and dealing with to God? Are you willing to take part in your own recovery process? Or are you just looking for someone else to come and bail you out of all of your troubles? You may say that you are not like David and you don’t have his faith or even his strength, but the word of God says that you do have the same divine connection that he had, and that’s a direct line to the heart of God. We serve a God who never sleeps and never slumbers. He is a God who is not a respecter of persons, and He is a wise loving Father who hears the cry of His children. Your ashes are not meant for you to sit in forever; they are only there to help propel you to your next level and place in God. So my dear sister and brother I say to you right now, arise and dust yourself off; and immediately consult God for His divine wisdom and direction so that you too; can move forward into your divine destiny and purpose.

Isaiah 55:10-11 Devotional

It is late Saturday evening and I just placed some seasoned chicken in the oven to bake for Sunday dinner. As I washed the chicken in the sink a flood of gratitude washed over me as I thought about the past season and how God blessed my husband and I despite the financial drought we experienced.

In a season that was meant to break us and destroy our faith altogether, God was right there in the midst of it all. There was not one time where we went hungry; in fact I have gained weight because my clothes have gotten a bit snug. As I meditated in the moment while still washing the chicken, my eyes clouded up with tears as I thanked God for the gift of my husband and how he still pressed on to provide for us and to keep a roof over our heads. I honor God that our faith is much stronger and our marriage of 13 years has gotten another layer of strength to add to its foundation. God is definitely worthy to receive all of my praise for what He has done.

You may ask if I got discouraged in all of this, honestly, yes I did, but still despite this fact, I did not lose my faith in God. Since I can remember God has placed a resilient spirit in me. No matter what came my way, I would always through the grace of almighty God, bounce back. If it had not been for the Lord on my side during my lowest points in life, where would I be? Truly I know today that I would have been swallowed up. But it was God’s grace and mercy that kept me moving forward, Hallelujah!

As I began to check on the side items cooking on the stovetop, I stopped to give thanks to God for the days to come. I feel down in my spirit that the best days of my life are right in front of me. I am stronger, wiser and definitely ready to walk out in obedience as God’s divine will unfolds in the coming months. God is up to something good and I break into a smile just thinking about what’s to come.

In parting I would like to leave this with you, stay focused and set your face like flint during this time, let the spirit of God lead you, stand strong and stand firm on the word of God and keep on pressing into the throne room of grace. Your prayer time and time alone with God is essential to your breakthrough. Stay connected to your church and church family, there is strength when the different parts of the body are connected. No matter how hard or how long the struggles you are facing today may be, understand in your heart and mind that God is there in the midst with you just as He was with Daniel in the lion’s den. God sees, hears, and knows what you are going through. He is truly just one prayer away. Trust and believe that the living word of God spoken over your life in the past will not return void but will accomplish God’s will. I rejoice with you as you come to the realization that your best days are indeed in front of you, too.

God Bless!

Isaiah 55:10-11

(10) For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth an bud, That it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, (11) So shall My word be that goes forth from my mouth; it shall not return to me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
