Breaking Free from the Spirit of Saul

Scripture

2 Samuel 31:1-6
Now the Philistines fought against Israel; the Israelites fled before them, and many fell dead on Mount Gilboa. The Philistines were in hot pursuit of Saul and his sons, and they killed his sons Jonathan, Abinadab and Malki-Shua.  The fighting grew fierce around Saul, and when the archers overtook him, they wounded him critically. Saul said to his armor-bearer, “Draw your sword and run me through, or these uncircumcised fellows will come and run me through and abuse me.” But his armor-bearer was terrified and would not do it; so Saul took his own sword and fell on it. When the armor-bearer saw that Saul was dead, he too fell on his sword and died with him. So Saul and his three sons and his armor-bearer and all his men died together that same day. When the Israelites along the valley and those across the Jordan saw that the Israelite army had fled and that Saul and his sons had died, they abandoned their towns and fled. And the Philistines came and occupied them. The next day, when the Philistines came to strip the dead, they found Saul and his three sons fallen on Mount Gilboa. They cut off his head and stripped off his armor, and they sent messengers throughout the land of the Philistines to proclaim the news in the temple of their idols and among their people. They put his armor in the temple of the Ashtoreths and fastened his body to the wall of Beth Shan. When the people of Jabesh Gilead heard what the Philistines had done to Saul, all their valiant men marched through the night to Beth Shan. They took down the bodies of Saul and his sons from the wall of Beth Shan and went to Jabesh, where they burned them. Then they took their bones and buried them under a tamarisk tree at Jabesh, and they fasted seven days.

Message

In this particular scripture, Saul the King of Israel is in the midst of a heated battle with his enemy. One by one those closest to him began to fall as the battle increased. Cornered by the enemy, Saul is wounded by arrows designed to take him out. Wounded, but with life still flowing in his body, Saul allowed fear to enter his heart. With his faith now being challenged; he asked his armor bearer to help end his misery. When his armor bearer refused his request, Saul decided his fate and fell on his sword and died.

While meditating upon this passage, revelation came forth which revealed that this is the same spirit which has been moving in some of the areas of leadership within the Body. In recent months there has been an increase in suicides among spiritual shepherds who seemed to have lost all hope. Many may have felt that the wounds inflicted in this season by the enemy were too deep and painful for God to heal.

While all leaders who experience pain and hardships will not seek to take their lives, the purpose of this word is not to bring condemnation; but to revive hope and to illuminate the seriousness of suicide occurring among some of our dedicated spiritual shepherds. The best defense to stopping any type of assignment which seeks to kill, steal and destroy is to gain wisdom in order to implement preventive measures. Indeed the time has come to sound the alarm so that we as a body can stand together as a united front to break and destroy the works of the enemy from off the lives of those called to lead and shepherd us the people of God.

Encouragement

Spiritual shepherds don’t allow the spirit of Saul to push you into a place of fear as if there is no hope or way of escape.  There is a way of escape through Jesus Christ. He is your key. He is your source. Allow for the Spirit of God to be your light helping you to maneuver through all of the curves in the highway stretched before you. He already knows the way because He has guided others through this way before. Come out so you can go into and experience God’s promises for your life. Go in so you can share and release the Father’s heart to the people. Go in so many can become free to truly live again through a new hope in Christ Jesus. 12-18-2013 @ 8:30 AM (CST)

Deliverance Prayer

Father we enter into your gates with thanksgiving and into your courts with praise. We set ourselves in agreement and align our heart with your divine will. We decree and declare that you dear God in all of your Sovereignty reign and rule in our lives.

We take every thought captive and command that our thoughts line up with your word and truth. We take up a hedge and stand in the gap for those called to shepherd and lead the people of God. We bind up, cut the cords and destroy the works of the spirit of Saul from taking root and loose your anointing which destroys every yoke of bondage. We bind up and reject all backlash of the enemy and stand united dressed in the full armor of God. We loose your love and send your peace forth to those who are wounded and without hope.

We thank you for dispensing a greater measure of your grace and strength to each and every leader. We thank you for increasing and strengthening their faith where it is torn and weak. We thank you for granting peace where there is confusion. We thank you for your healing flowing down into the deep, deep recesses of their battle wounds. Father, we bless you and honor you for continuing to pour out your spirit afresh upon and in the lives of your vessels. We ask that you give us your people a heart of love, patience, and gratitude for those appointed to serve as our spiritual shepherds. In Jesus name, we do pray, amen and amen.

Special Message to those with Book Assignments

Greetings,

I got up this morning with some of the Lord’s scribes and others on my heart who have been called to complete their writing assignments. What I heard is that many could have already completed their assignments but have been allowing fear to stifle the process. Father gave you a message to share and you have actually not allowed for the message to flow in a clear consistent manner because you have been fearful of what your peers would have to say about what is being presented. The book assignment you have been divinely graced to complete is from the Father and given straight to you, there is no “Middle Man.”

Please do not allow the fear of man to stop up the flow of God through your vessel. Go back and even if you have to sit and “rewrite,” yes, rewrite the book the way Father told you in the beginning, an even greater release will come forth. Obey first even if you do not understand.

In order to do what you have been assigned to do, Father is entrusting you with the wisdom and revelation that is about to be released through your obedience. Know that Father loves you and He will never, ever steer you in the wrong direction about anything that pertains to your life. Let go of your book assignment and release it fully back into the Father’s care. When you do this, the book assignment, once completed will have the anointing and grace on it to touch the lives of those whom are predestined to read your book.  10/22/2013 @ 11:00 AM

Prayer of Release

Father, I lift up your people before you now, those who you have assigned with a written message. I ask that you would touch each heart and infuse them with your love. May your love overflow in them that it cast out all fear. May they walk in holy reverence of you and seek to be pleasing to you in  all that you require of them. Father, I thank you for the divine assignments that are coming forth and I thank you Father for the lives that will be touched and  the lives that will be transformed as a result of their obedience. I thank you in advance for those who will  hear your heart on today and move forth in your grace. In Jesus name; amen and amen.

Follow Through

What are you waiting on God to do? No matter what it may be always check to make sure that you are following His implicit instructions to the very letter. We can never expect to achieve and receive the end result of what we are waiting on without obeying His instructions and allowing His strategic insight to guide us through out the whole process.

There are many spiritual eardrums being opened

Early morning as I listened  to some worship music  while working on a project, I began to hear in the spirit several popping sounds one right after the other. As I waited for the revelation to come, the word of the Lord came forth short and to the point.

"There are many spiritual eardrums being opened." 3:47AM

Following is a blog post on the Eardrum

The natural human eardrums:
Are like an omnidirectional microphone. The sound pressure moves the membrane (diaphragm) from one side.

The eardrum, or tympanic membrane, is a thin, cone-shaped membrane that separates the external ear from the middle ear in humans and other tetrapods. Its function is to transmit sound from the air to the ossicles inside the middle ear, and then to the oval window in the fluid-filled cochlea. Hence, it ultimately converts and amplifies vibration in air to vibration in fluid. The malleus bone bridges the gap between the eardrum and the other ossicles.

In addition to our natural ears we also have a spiritual ear which operates within our spirit man. (Inward witness of the Holy Spirit) Psalm 42:7 reveals that "Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me." In other words, you can be in the midst of a conversation with someone while listening with your natural ears, but when the Father begins to speak to that deep place within you, His voice will come through crystal clear in your spiritual ear.

When it comes to hearing in the spirit there are many dimensions and also frequencies which we can hear. There are some good and some bad, but we'll save that information for another time. First, when we initially accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, there is a knowing that we have heard the voice of God to accept the call of salvation. Then, as we mature and grow in our walk with the Lord, we begin to experience varying levels of hearing the voice of the Father. In 1 Samuel 3:10 it reads, "The LORD came and stood there, calling as at the other times, "Samuel! Samuel!" Then Samuel said, "Speak, for your servant is listening." This was a new place of hearing for the young Samuel, but once he heard the voice of the Lord and answered, from that point forward none of his words fell to the ground because he sought to clearly hear the Father's voice.

Now think for a moment, when was the last time you sat quiet and still for longer than a few minutes?

And how long did it take for you to quiet down all of the inner chatter so you could clearly hear the Father's voice?

As you set your heart this year to spend more time sitting at the feet of the Father, the more you'll become acclimated to listening and understanding His heartbeat and voice. Our Father is a multidimensional God and His wisdom is as deep as it is wide. Romans 11:33 says it best "Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!" Truly there is no one living upon the earth today who can figure God out completely. But praise God for He has made Himself open and readily available to those who desire to get to know Him in a greater way.

The Spiritual Tide has turned

Today upon early rising Father spoke that the "spiritual tide" has turned. Today is the day for us His children to officially let go, loose, and release all offenses of this past season. I heard that many have been harboring hurt and holding on to it like a crutch, waiting on the next strike of offense to come. Yet others have been holding onto grudges and nursing them as new born babes. Today is your day of FREEDOM!

Open you hands and drop, loose and let go of "ALL" offenses. It does not matter if you have proof of what was said about you in the disguise of a social site rant, know that on this day, Friday October 12, 2012, it's time to let it all go because your breakthrough is staring you right in the face.

So what will it be? Will you hold on to the offenses or will you walk into your season of breakthough? The choice you make today will determine the altitude and depth of your growth in this past season.

Question to ponder

Are you willing to go through or face the challenges connected with the mantle of God placed upon your life? Know that God has already equipped and prepared you for everything you will ever have to face. No two testimonies are alike. Remember your testimony has value and merit; don’t let anyone shame you out of what you have experienced to get to where the Father is taking you in this season.

FOCUS and complete the work

This morning in intercession for the Body of Christ, Father led me to intercede concerning an increase in the spirit of Sanballat and Tobiah that has been moving forth rapidly not only in the Body  but also in natural families as well. This word serves as a message of encouragement for those who not only have been victims of the spirit of sabotage but also for those who have also unknowingly worked to self sabotage God's plans for their own lives.

When dealing with this spirit, some of the major key components you can use when breaking and destroying the fruit of this work is through daily prayer, intercession, fasting, repentance and lastly embracing the process of forgiveness. No matter if your role was that of the transgressor or the victim, know that today is a brand new day and this spirit will no longer have free access to work in or against your life.

Following is the scriptural reference from the book of Nehemiah that you can read at your leisure. Know that the plans and work of God that you have been assigned to do here in the earth will reach its completion as you set your focus on the Sovereign Father.

Opposition to the Rebuilding
Nehemiah 4 NIV

1When Sanballat heard that we were rebuilding the wall, he became angry and was greatly incensed. He ridiculed the Jews, 2and in the presence of his associates and the army of Samaria, he said, “What are those feeble Jews doing? Will they restore their wall? Will they offer sacrifices? Will they finish in a day? Can they bring the stones back to life from those heaps of rubble—burned as they are?” 3Tobiah the Ammonite, who was at his side, said, “What they are building—if even a fox climbed up on it, he would break down their wall of stones!” 4Hear us, O our God, for we are despised. Turn their insults back on their own heads. Give them over as plunder in a land of captivity. 5Do not cover up their guilt or blot out their sins from your sight, for they have thrown insults in the face of the builders.

6So we rebuilt the wall till all of it reached half its height, for the people worked with all their heart.7But when Sanballat, Tobiah, the Arabs, the Ammonites and the men of Ashdod heard that the repairs to Jerusalem’s walls had gone ahead and that the gaps were being closed, they were very angry. 8They all plotted together to come and fight against Jerusalem and stir up trouble against it. 9But we prayed to our God and posted a guard day and night to meet this threat. 10Meanwhile, the people in Judah said, “The strength of the laborers is giving out, and there is so much rubble that we cannot rebuild the wall.”

11Also our enemies said, “Before they know it or see us, we will be right there among them and will kill them and put an end to the work.” 12Then the Jews who lived near them came and told us ten times over, “Wherever you turn, they will attack us.”13Therefore I stationed some of the people behind the lowest points of the wall at the exposed places, posting them by families, with their swords, spears and bows. 14After I looked things over, I stood up and said to the nobles, the officials and the rest of the people, “Don’t be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes.” 15When our enemies heard that we were aware of their plot and that God had frustrated it, we all returned to the wall, each to his own work.

16From that day on, half of my men did the work, while the other half were equipped with spears, shields, bows and armor. The officers posted themselves behind all the people of Judah 17who were building the wall. Those who carried materials did their work with one hand and held a weapon in the other, 18and each of the builders wore his sword at his side as he worked. But the man who sounded the trumpet stayed with me. 19Then I said to the nobles, the officials and the rest of the people, “The work is extensive and spread out, and we are widely separated from each other along the wall.

20Wherever you hear the sound of the trumpet, join us there. Our God will fight for us!” 21So we continued the work with half the men holding spears, from the first light of dawn till the stars came out. 22At that time I also said to the people, “Have every man and his helper stay inside Jerusalem at night, so they can serve us as guards by night and workmen by day.” 23Neither I nor my brothers nor my men nor the guards with me took off our clothes; each had his weapon, even when he went for water.

Further Opposition to the Rebuilding
Nehemiah 6 NIV

1 When word came to Sanballat, Tobiah, Geshem the Arab and the rest of our enemies that I had rebuilt the wall and not a gap was left in it—though up to that time I had not set the doors in the gates— 2 Sanballat and Geshem sent me this message: “Come, let us meet together in one of the villages on the plain of Ono.”But they were scheming to harm me; 3 so I sent messengers to them with this reply: “I am carrying on a great project and cannot go down. Why should the work stop while I leave it and go down to you?” 4 Four times they sent me the same message, and each time I gave them the same answer.5 Then, the fifth time, Sanballat sent his aide to me with the same message, and in his hand was an unsealed letter

6 in which was written: “It is reported among the nations—and Geshem says it is true—that you and the Jews are plotting to revolt, and therefore you are building the wall. Moreover, according to these reports you are about to become their king 7 and have even appointed prophets to make this proclamation about you in Jerusalem: ‘There is a king in Judah!’ Now this report will get back to the king; so come, let us confer together.”8 I sent him this reply: “Nothing like what you are saying is happening; you are just making it up out of your head.”9 They were all trying to frighten us, thinking, “Their hands will get too weak for the work, and it will not be completed.”[But I prayed,] “Now strengthen my hands.”

10 One day I went to the house of Shemaiah son of Delaiah, the son of Mehetabel, who was shut in at his home. He said, “Let us meet in the house of God, inside the temple, and let us close the temple doors, because men are coming to kill you—by night they are coming to kill you.”11But I said, “Should a man like me run away? Or should one like me go into the temple to save his life? I will not go!” 12 I realized that God had not sent him, but that he had prophesied against me because Tobiah and Sanballat had hired him. 13 He had been hired to intimidate me so that I would commit a sin by doing this, and then they would give me a bad name to discredit me.14 Remember Tobiah and Sanballat, O my God, because of what they have done; remember also the prophetess Noadiah and the rest of the prophets who have been trying to intimidate me.

The Completion of the Wall

15 So the wall was completed on the twenty-fifth of Elul, in fifty-two days. 16 When all our enemies heard about this, all the surrounding nations were afraid and lost their self-confidence, because they realized that this work had been done with the help of our God.17 Also, in those days the nobles of Judah were sending many letters to Tobiah, and replies from Tobiah kept coming to them. 18 For many in Judah were under oath to him, since he was son-in-law to Shecaniah son of Arah, and his son Jehohanan had married the daughter of Meshullam son of Berekiah. 19 Moreover, they kept reporting to me his good deeds and then telling him what I said. And Tobiah sent letters to intimidate me.

Stopping the flow of Emotional Bleeding

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” 2 Corinthian 1:3-4

Before I could even get into worship and prayer this morning Father released a word concerning His people that it is now time to stop the flow of emotional bleeding. As I began to pray, He expressed that there are still too many wounded soldiers who are out on the battlefield leaking contaminated blood throughout the body. There are also many who have been wounded but are still operating in ministry with open wounds which have not had the opportunity and time to properly heal. Still there are many others who are yet going forth in ministry with the objects and instruments used against them in battle left hanging from their bodies. Now is the time and today is the day to step away from the battlefield to get the open wounds cleansed, tended to and bandaged properly. For those of you who happen to be one of the recently wounded, know that this is a word of love and compassion because our Heavenly Father has expressed deep concern for the total health and well being of His wounded sheep on today.

On last month I was instructed to write about emotional healing and how we as the Body of Christ should take precautions to check and work on maintaining our mental health and well being. Periodically checking to be sure that our emotions are in check and not spilling all over the place will allow for us to go further in doing the work of building up the kingdom of God. For the times when we continued in our assignments without taking the time to assess our wounds, we risked the possibility of setting up infection in our bodies as well as unknowingly infecting others. Today, if you are open to hear the Father’s heart on this matter you can begin your healing right away.

So how can we stop the flow of emotional bleeding in our lives?

1.                  When we know that we have been wounded, stop and assess the damage.
2.                  We have to be honest with ourselves that there is some bleeding.
3.                  Take time out to get proper care for the wound(s) by seeking the services of a trusted friend, counselor, mental health professional or pastor.
4.                  Allow time for God’s healing to flow. Release all guilt about taking time away so that the healing process is not hindered.
5.                  Continue to spend time communing with the Father in worship and prayer.
6.                  Spend time in the word of God to regain strength for the next assignment.
7.                  Keep our hearts and minds free from any debris or residue from prior battles.
8.                  Reach out to help our wounded brother and sisters who don’t know that they are bleeding.

Father, thank you for your concern and love for your people on today. Thank you for revealing your heart  concerning an issue that many of us may not have been aware of.  Thank you for providing your wisdom and a way of escape so we may be healed. Thank you for covering our wounds with your healing salve. Thank you Father for your love covering us as a blanket where we are safe from harm and danger. Thank you for allowing us to dwell in your secret place where we can rest under the shadow of your wings. We ask that you forgive us for infecting others unknowingly and we ask that you would send forth your healing into their lives as well.  Thank you Father for you see and you know all things and nothing is hidden from your watchful eyes. Truly you are an incredible and awesome Father who is always concerned about the health and wellbeing of your children.  We love you Dear God for all you have done for us, in the name of Jesus we pray on this day, Amen.

Blessings & Love

Healing for the Emotionally Wounded

You know what? We truly do serve a faithful and awesome Father who is always concerned about every intimate detail of our lives. As you may know I posted on yesterday about Mental Health Awareness month and the importance of checking and knowing your mental health status. This morning when I woke up to prepare for the day, Father wanted me to post additional revelation concerning the emotional wellbeing of His children.

Some of us have recently come out of test, trials and tribulations which have tested our mind, body and spirit down to its very core. In what was designed to break and strip us in every way, the awesome grace of God rushed in like a flood to allow for us to come out of our situation. Many times when we have experienced the hardships of life, we can come out happy that we made it and that’s all that truly matters. But to be truthful how many of us have stood holding up the banner of victory not realizing that we may still have unresolved issues that we have not personally dealt with?  As we take a moment to pause and reflect on this question, let me go further into what Father would like to say on today.

In this new season of overflow and increase, there is a harvest of souls who do not know Jesus but who are awaiting the appointed time for connection with those who will minister and plant the seed of the word of God in their lives. Where we as the people of God come in on this is that we first must deal with any residue or bitterness associated with the events of this past season. Any issues where we have experienced, hurt, pain, rejection or abuse must be acknowledged and then resolved before this huge harvest begins to come forth in the earth.  The time for inner healing is now and the Holy Spirit is readily available to assist us in making sure that we are ready emotionally for this new season.

Some may ask why this is important and what does being emotionally fit and ready has to do with ministry? Well for starters, if we are still living in last season and focused so much on what happened or even who hurt us; there’s no way we can even begin to focus on what’s ahead. Additionally, if we are still dealing with the effects of anger, bitterness or hurt, it will often show up in the way that we minister and relate to others even if we don’t mean to do so intentionally.  So by checking our mental health status, we are ensuring that we are indeed emotionally fit enough to move forth freely with the ordained assignments God has called for us to complete.

The word of God states in John 8:36, “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” We have been given a precious gift and were set free because of what Jesus already carried and endured on the cross for us. When Jesus rose up with all power and the keys to the kingdom in His hands, He gave us the necessary tools which would help us stand strong when we are faced with the adversities and trials of life.  Does having the necessary tools discount what we have experienced emotionally in this last season? No, not all at because we are spirit beings living in a natural body, it’s a normal process of life for us to express in a positive or negative manner that which we may be experiencing at any given moment. Even Job after losing nearly everything he had was given the opportunity to deal with any residue in his life before God blessed him with a double portion. (See Job 42:1-6)

Prayerfully now you can see how extremely important it is to always check your mental health status after coming out of a physically or spiritually draining experience. Our emotional wellbeing and how we feel in every area of our lives will effect how far we can go forth in God.  Coming out of our test or trials full of bitterness will not make us better but coming out standing in the freedom and liberty of Christ will help to propel us to that new place God has already prepared for us to go into.  Now, let us pray,

Heavenly Father, we come before you now with humbled hearts and hands lifted to give you honor and glory. We thank you for your Sovereignty and for your Holiness. You are an incredible Father and we thank you for always being concerned about every area of our lives.  We thank you for your faithfulness and unmerited favor. For without your Grace we would still be stuck in yesterday. O God thank you for what you have allowed for us to experience in this life. We thank you for the good, the bad, the bitter and the sweet. We give you praise for how you allowed for us to be tested that we may be made stronger in you. Father we bless your Holy name and adore you for being the awesome Father that you are. Thank you for choosing us as your very own. Thank you for calling us to your very heart.

May our lives be what you have created and purposed us to be in you. Help us to endure and stand in faith as we go through. Help us to focus in on your goodness and who you are. Help us to know that you will never leave us or forsake us but in all things you always make a way of escape for us. You are the Potter and we are your clay, shape us and make us into the purified vessels you can use for your honor and glory. Father forgive us this day for harboring any anger, bitterness or even jealousy in our hearts associated with what we experienced in our last season. We release all hurt, pain, shame and rejection to you now. We ask that you create in us a clean heart and renew the right spirit within us that we may go forward to declare your goodness to the nations. Father thank you for your healing virtue flowing freely though our hearts, our minds and our spirit.

We thank you that our emotions have been completely surrendered to you. Thank you for freedom through your Son, Christ Jesus. Thank you for restoring our emotional wellbeing on this day, in Jesus name we do pray, Amen.

Blessings & love,

Untie Them: The Lord has need of them

As they approached Jerusalem and came to Bethphage and Bethany at the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two of his disciples, saying to them, “Go to the village ahead of you, and just as you enter it, you will find a colt tied there, which no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here. If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you doing this?’ say, ‘The Lord needs it and will send it back here shortly.’”

They went and found a colt outside in the street, tied at a doorway. As they untied it, some people standing there asked, “What are you doing, untying that colt?” They answered as Jesus had told them to, and the people let them go. When they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their cloaks over it, he sat on it. Mark 11:1-7

While listening to the book of Mark, Father revealed something which happens within the Body of Christ more often than we talk about or even realize. There are many of the Lord’s anointed who have not been able to operate and fully flow in the things of God because of mental, physical and spiritual ties which have been placed upon them by others.

In the above scripture passage the two disciples were given the directive to first untie, then loose and finally to bring the colt back to Jesus. In the event someone asked what they were doing, they were to simply reply; “The Lord needs it and will send it back here shortly.” The question that I am directed to pose to you on today is, How many times have you stood in the way of those whom the Lord had called aside for His use?  The colt which was needed was actually going to be returned to its place of origination, but only after Jesus was able to sit upon him.  Jesus knew in advance that there would be some people in close proximity to the colt that would be unaware of his true purpose so He had to prepare the disciples with  a response to use as they needed.

How many of you know that when we seek to humble ourselves and then untie and loose our brothers and sisters to the Lord, that the anointing placed upon their very lives by the Holy Spirit will someday come back to bless us?  By allowing others to be free in Jesus we are loosing them from our own personal expectations of who we think they are.

The colt up until the time he was used by the Lord, had not done much other than stand outside tied to a post. Now pause for a moment and ask yourself how many people connected to you have been left hanging in limbo because you still have them standing outside tied up to a mental, physical or spiritual post?  Thanks be unto God for His longsuffering towards us because He is now extending His mercy and grace by giving us and those held hostage by our thoughts a way of escape.

Know that in this you are not alone because as the first partaker of this revelation, I had to immediately reflect to see if there was anyone whom I had been holding back from the Lord’s use. And when the Holy Spirit brought several faces to mind; I quickly repented, prayed and then released each individual into the Lord’s care so they could fully be used for God’s glory and honor. Now that you have taken the time to read this word, I pray that your heart has been receptive to hearing the Father’s heart on this issue within the Body of Christ. My prayer for you is that you continue to hear the Father’s voice and obey Him by releasing anyone including those who are  family or friends into His total and complete care.  May you also be strengthened and restored in the Lord as you go through this  release process.

Blessings & Love

Prayer of Salvation
I repent of all of my sins and right now I do confess that Jesus is the Son of God and that He died for the remission of my sins. I believe that Jesus died and was buried and rose again, and is now seated at the right hand of God in Heaven. I receive Him now as Lord of my life and I now commit to serve him for the rest of my days.

The Haman's are being exposed

After a time of praise and worship this morning, the word of the Lord came forth. I heard clearly that the Haman's were being exposed during this time.  As the word began to spring forth, I found myself rejoicing for those who will be vindicated by God. It's really something to go through a trial at the hands of another only to find out that this same accuser would end up facing the same demise which had been so secretly set to attempt to destroy. There is one word of caution that goes along with this word and that is when you see your Haman exposed, don't taunt, ridicule or even make them feel bad; continue to walk in your integrity and operate as a child of the King would. Remember in all things that it is not the person that you see who is your real enemy, but it is the spirit operating within them.

May you find peace, encouragement and strength in the scripture passages below to move forward in the things of God.

Blessings,

Haman Hanged ( Read Esther 7)

1 So the king and Haman went to dine with Queen Esther, 2 and as they were drinking wine on that second day, the king again asked, “Queen Esther, what is your petition? It will be given you. What is your request? Even up to half the kingdom, it will be granted.”3 Then Queen Esther answered, “If I have found favor with you, O king, and if it pleases your majesty, grant me my life—this is my petition. And spare my people—this is my request. 4 For I and my people have been sold for destruction and slaughter and annihilation. If we had merely been sold as male and female slaves, I would have kept quiet, because no such distress would justify disturbing the king.5 King Xerxes asked Queen Esther, “Who is he? Where is the man who has dared to do such a thing?”6 Esther said, “The adversary and enemy is this vile Haman.”

Then Haman was terrified before the king and queen. 7 The king got up in a rage, left his wine and went out into the palace garden. But Haman, realizing that the king had already decided his fate, stayed behind to beg Queen Esther for his life.8 Just as the king returned from the palace garden to the banquet hall, Haman was falling on the couch where Esther was reclining. The king exclaimed, “Will he even molest the queen while she is with me in the house?”As soon as the word left the king’s mouth, they covered Haman’s face. 9 Then Harbona, one of the eunuchs attending the king, said, “A gallows seventy-five feet high stands by Haman’s house. He had it made for Mordecai, who spoke up to help the king.”The king said, “Hang him on it!” 10 So they hanged Haman on the gallows he had prepared for Mordecai. Then the king’s fury subsided.

Isaiah 55:10-11 Devotional

It is late Saturday evening and I just placed some seasoned chicken in the oven to bake for Sunday dinner. As I washed the chicken in the sink a flood of gratitude washed over me as I thought about the past season and how God blessed my husband and I despite the financial drought we experienced.

In a season that was meant to break us and destroy our faith altogether, God was right there in the midst of it all. There was not one time where we went hungry; in fact I have gained weight because my clothes have gotten a bit snug. As I meditated in the moment while still washing the chicken, my eyes clouded up with tears as I thanked God for the gift of my husband and how he still pressed on to provide for us and to keep a roof over our heads. I honor God that our faith is much stronger and our marriage of 13 years has gotten another layer of strength to add to its foundation. God is definitely worthy to receive all of my praise for what He has done.

You may ask if I got discouraged in all of this, honestly, yes I did, but still despite this fact, I did not lose my faith in God. Since I can remember God has placed a resilient spirit in me. No matter what came my way, I would always through the grace of almighty God, bounce back. If it had not been for the Lord on my side during my lowest points in life, where would I be? Truly I know today that I would have been swallowed up. But it was God’s grace and mercy that kept me moving forward, Hallelujah!

As I began to check on the side items cooking on the stovetop, I stopped to give thanks to God for the days to come. I feel down in my spirit that the best days of my life are right in front of me. I am stronger, wiser and definitely ready to walk out in obedience as God’s divine will unfolds in the coming months. God is up to something good and I break into a smile just thinking about what’s to come.

In parting I would like to leave this with you, stay focused and set your face like flint during this time, let the spirit of God lead you, stand strong and stand firm on the word of God and keep on pressing into the throne room of grace. Your prayer time and time alone with God is essential to your breakthrough. Stay connected to your church and church family, there is strength when the different parts of the body are connected. No matter how hard or how long the struggles you are facing today may be, understand in your heart and mind that God is there in the midst with you just as He was with Daniel in the lion’s den. God sees, hears, and knows what you are going through. He is truly just one prayer away. Trust and believe that the living word of God spoken over your life in the past will not return void but will accomplish God’s will. I rejoice with you as you come to the realization that your best days are indeed in front of you, too.

God Bless!

Isaiah 55:10-11

(10) For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth an bud, That it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, (11) So shall My word be that goes forth from my mouth; it shall not return to me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
